I absolutely loved our stay at the Kasa!! The balcony was perfect and gave us the perfect view for the firework show. The location was close to everything!! The pool was very big, clean, and the lounger chairs in the water made it perfect!! The rooms were clean, I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. Overall it's a 10/10 for me!! Will definitely be staying again the next time I travel to Arlington.
Great family friendly place in a safe location. Everything is clean and in good condition. Beds are very comfortable to sleep in and the rooms have their own personal full bathrooms. Everything you need is provided. We absolutely loved our stay last time that we booked it again this time. Absolutely recommend it to everyone!!!!
It was such an awesome beautiful place to be! Definitely beats a hotel. If your looking to not be interrupted by staff during your stay or just not having to deal with a front desk this is a place for you too! Felt so comfortable. It’s like an home experience (maybe even better) they have everything in the apartment that you would need! :) This was my first time with my family staying at a vocational rental spot. At first it was skeptical because not having an “front desk” to go check in with was new to us. Doing everything virtual and the outside hallways/staircases my family was like where do you have us staying But answering service was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through it all and once we got into the room, got our keys and settled in. Those skeptical emotions were completely gone! And we grew to love the outside hallways, great views of the downtown area, got the nice fall breeze. Also great views of the beautiful pool!
Everything was great! Room was stocked and fresh. So nice! Love this option in Arlington and the location is amazing. Right across from the att stadium. Pretty view, quiet, clean, pretty sweet for the price. Good job Kasa! Yall ever need a spokesperson, I'm your girl
We decided to stay here for our 10 year anniversary and to see Kendrick Lamar and SZA and it was absolutely the perfect place to stay. It was so close to AT&T stadium. It’s also right around the corner from Front Street which has a lot of cool restaurants and bars. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Arlington.
After reading the reviews below I was really nervous about booking but we were evacuating from a hurricane and places were filling up fast. Our studio was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, beautifully decorated. I even checked the sheets with black lights...completely clean. Mattress was so comfortable we took a picture of the brand to buy when we purchase a new one. Wifi was super fast. Our check in process had alittle issue with missing keys in box but nichole at kasa fixed the problem extremely fast. Her customer service was A+++!!! They do have noise from the road and the hallway at night. Nothing compared to what i was expecting by reviews. Nothing crazy just normal what to expect when multiple people live close together. My toddler slept through it. I would definitely stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasa and plan to stay there again when we come back to Arlington. 30 minutes prior to arrival, they sent detailed information on how to check in (and included pictures which were helpful). The place was very clean and was located in a good area of town. There was a nice dog park across the street that made it convenient for walking the dog several times daily. We did not use the pool or workout room because we were only there for 3 days; however, both areas were nice. I highly recommend Kasa!
I am beyond satisfied with my stay at Kasa. I will admit it was a bit difficult to navigate at first BUT it was really about knowing the building. The room was expectational. Very clean and included everything I needed. I had technical difficulties with the lock and even that was easy to fix because the team truly is available by phone call and messages 24/7.
